Every September 2024 New York Fashion Week Event That’s Open to the Public

New York Fashion Week is here yet again. For the next week, fashion people from around the world will flood city streets with eye-catching styles and brands will transform locations across the city, ringing in a new year of the fashion calendar.

Even though invites to runway shows and previews are largely reserved for editors, buyers and influencers, these exclusive events only make up a portion of the week’s festivities. You don’t have to be an industry insider to feel like one: All of the events below are open to the public.

Kemo Sabe Pop-Up

Sunday, Sept. 1 through Monday, Sept. 30, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
69 Gansevoort St.

Kemo Sabe is bringing customers a one-stop shop for all things Western, right in the heart of New York City. At its Meatpacking District pop-up, customers can personalize boots and hats and shop an array of handcrafted, Western-inspired accessories.

Lemme x Fellini Coffee

Thursday, Sept. 5 through Saturday, Sept. 7

Kourtney Kardashian’s vitamin and supplement brand Lemme is partnering with Fellini Coffee to energize New Yorkers during fashion week. They will be offering two limited-edition drinks — an almond lavender vanilla latte and an almond vanilla iced matcha latte — during the Lemme takeover. The first 25 customers to order the Lemme-inspired coffee will receive a complimentary bottle of Lemme Wake Up Gummies, and the first 25 to order the matcha will receive a complimentary bottle of the brand’s Matcha Gummies.

Hourglass and Barneys Retail Experience

Hourglass and Barneys have come together to launch an exclusive five-week beauty and fashion retail experience. The concept store will hold an assortment of beauty must-haves and capsule collections from 40-plus fashion and beauty brands. Get a first peek at the nostalgic space here.

Vada Pop-Up

Thursday, Sept. 5 through Tuesday, Sept. 10, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Vada, an eyewear brand beloved by Katie Holmes and Leon Bridges, is transforming the lower level of 149 Grand Street into a jewelry and eyewear pop-up shop.

Damson Madder Pop-Up

Thursday, Sept. 5 through Saturday, Sept. 7, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Sept 8, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Damson Madder, a London-based brand, is hosting its first international pop-up this week. Attendees will get early access to the second drop of its Fall 2024 collection ahead of its online launch and hero styles from the Damson Madder hall of fame.

Intimissimi Pretty Flowers Pop-Up

Join Italian intimates brand Intimissimi in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District to celebrate the launch of its new pretty flowers collection.

Prada Paradoxe Virtual Flower Lab

The lab takes visitors on a tech-forward journey to experience the new Prada Paradoxe Virtual Flower scent, hosted at Prada Beauty Flower Markets across the world. The markets include a Prada Beauty touch-up bar and an olfactive discovery room in addition to floral offerings.

Heaven Mayhem Matcha Pop-Up

Heaven Mayhem invites customers to take a break from the fashion week festivities and visit its matcha pop-up at Rhythm Zero, where they can also experience its latest jewelry collection live.

CFDA & Rockefeller Center Livestreams

Friday, Sept. 6 through Wednesday, Sept. 11
Rockefeller Center Rink

CFDA and the Rockefeller Center have partnered to host livestreams of NYFW shows including Ralph Lauren, Michale Kors, Tory Burch, Tommy Hilfiger, Carolina Herrera, Coach, Khaite, Bach Mai, Proenza Schouler, Luar, Willy Chavarria and Ulla Johnson. The six-day event kicks off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 6 and includes appearances from Thom Browne, Anna Wintour, Steven Kolb and more.

Freja Gallery Night

Celebrate 80 Years of L.L. Bean’s Boat and Tote

L.L. Bean and Abbode are collaborating on a two-day celebration of the Boat and Tote’s 80th anniversary. Join the brands and shop a selection of Boat and Tote products and Abbode signature embroidery available on-site.

Alfie Pop-Up

The Alfie Paris pop-up is a two-day celebration of its latest “Shining Through” collection held at the chic Invisible Collection Townhouse.

Cecilie Bahnsen Pop-Up

Saturday, Sept. 7 through Monday, Sept. 9, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Copenhagen-based brand Cecelie Bahnsen is hosting its largest retail activation yet in SoHo. The pop-up activation will feature the brand’s fall 2024 collection and the recent Cecilie Bahnsen x Asics sneaker collection. The collaborative Asics Gel-Terrain trainers will be available for purchase at the pop-up, ahead of the official launch later this season. The second floor is be reserved for private bookings which clients can reserve on the Cecilie Bahnsen website.

Hey Tea x Sandy Liang Pop-Up Truck Tour

Monday, Sept. 9 through Tuesday, Sept. 10
Various locations around Manhattan

Hey Tea and Sandy Liang collaborated on an exclusive collection, inspired by Sandy Liang’s dreamy, romantic style. The collection features a new tea flavor and limited-edition merchandise available at the truck and at HeyTea locations through Sept. 30.

Highsnobiety x The Standard Pop-Up

Thursday, Sept. 5 through Sunday, Sept. 8

Highsnobiety is hosting “Not In New York,” a pop-up at The Standard hotel featuring a shoppable in-line collection exclusive to the event along with other product offerings from brands like Maison Margiela, Sant Ambroeus and Keen. For the duration of the pop-up, the hotel will also offer Highsnobiety-curated rooms, themed parties at Boom and more.
