A pumpkin fashion show highlights Halloween events in Scappoose

Halloweentown in St. Helens grabs a lot of the headlines this time of year, but in Scappoose, the spirit of Halloween is also in full bloom.

The historic Watts House is prepping for the spooky day as Wanda the Wacky Witch will be greeting kids Halloween evening, Oct. 31, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
