Unlike the majority of big-name celebs, Miley Cyrus mostly keeps herself to herself. She graces the odd red carpet (only the really good ones, natch), sits FROW at the glitziest fashion shows and attends the most exclusive dinners and events, but nowhere near as much as you’d expect from one of the hottest stars in Hollywood. The same goes for her social media – Miley’s kiiiiiinda active on her various platforms, but we’re talking a post every few weeks kinda vibes as opposed to documenting and sharing the minutiae of her day-to-day life.

All this to say that when Miley does decide to step out and share personal pics, you know they’re gonna be *seriously* good. Well, the star has certainly proven our theory right if her latest Insta posts are anything to go by… For in celebration of her 31st birthday, she not only dressed up to the nines in what might just be one of our fave outfits of hers ever – but she was also kind enough to share multiple pics with her 215 million followers too… Christmas has come early, ppl!

In a series of posts to her Insta, Miley showed off her *gorge* birthday look that was equal parts old school Hollywood glam and super sexy. Just as any good birthday ‘fit should be, we say!

The singer looked absolutely stunning in head-to-toe black, pairing a see-through boned corset with a body-con pencil skirt, opera gloves, sheer tights and stilettos – plus a leopard print handbag and black-out Versace sunnies for good measure.
