M&S’ ‘sparkly but subtle’ £22 leggings that are ‘perfect for special occasions’
M&S shoppers looking to update their December wardrobe with a versatile item have been raving over a pair of “gorgeous” sparkly leggings.
The high street retailer’s M&S Collection Shimmer High Waisted Leggings, priced at £22.50, have earned glowing reviews from shoppers thanks to the “subtle sparkle” that makes them ideal for wearing it home or dressing up for special occasions.
Available to buy now, these glitzy leggings are available in two colours, black and blue, and have been designed in short/petite, regular and long lengths. Sizes also range from a UK 6 to 20, so a variety of shapes and sizes are covered.
The Manchester Evening News reports that the leggings have a skinny fit and have been crafted from a stretchy material that will accomodate many different body types. There’s also a flattering high waist band that will be comfy during the festive period.
They are also even easy to care for, as these £22.50 leggings can be popped in both the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Boasting a 4.5 out of five star rating on the retailer’s website, shoppers have been adding the Shimmer High Waisted Leggings to their Christmas wardrobe for their “perfect fit” and “subtle sparkle”.

One happy customer said of the leggings: “Lovely soft fitting leggings wish I could buy navy as well. True to size extremely comfortable. I purchased them after being told about them by a friend. Would recommend them”.
A second gushed: “Lovely quality and just right for the festive season. Thought they might be a bit scratchy but they are quite soft and the sparkle is subtle. Having see them in store I went down a size and so glad I did as they have loads of stretch”.
