Chrome Hearts Sues New York-Based Company Over Knockoff Products

A competitor of luxury apparel brand Chrome Hearts LLC is allegedly copying its trademarks in an effort to exploit its reputation in the marketplace, a federal lawsuit says.

Milano & J LLC and Tabatha Parsons, allegedly manufacture, market, and distribute handbags and accessories bearing marks that are “identical to, substantially indistinguishable from, and/or confusingly similar to” Chrome Heart marks, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Chrome Hearts’ apparel, jewelry, and other fashion accessories have been spotted on celebrities such as Madonna, Rihanna, Cher, Lenny Kravitz, and David Beckham, …
