The product: Tiffany and Co. Elsa Peretti Bone and Split rings

Why we love it: First introduced in 1970, the Elsa Peretti Bone Cuff has become an iconic accessory worn by celebrities ranging from Liza Minnelli to Margot Robbie.

And now, the recognizable style — along with Peretti’s chic Split design — are available in a ring.

Released as part of the continued celebration of Elsa Peretti’s 50th anniversary with the American luxury jewelry brand, the launch sees the sculptural, precious metal designs scaled down to fit on your finger.

Inspired by the “sublime beauty found in nature,” according to the brand, the sculptural Bone and Split designs were originally created using the Italian designer’s recollections of her visits to a 17th-century Capuchin crypt in Rome as a young girl, along with her travels to Barcelona where she encountered the architecture of Antoni Gaudí.

In addition to its powerful presence on the wrist — and now the finger — Peretti’s cuff creations were always designed to be comfortable to wear in addition to making a bold jewelry statement.

“I have always been interested in the mechanics and its feel: every jewelry piece should be captivating and comfortable to wear,” Peretti said.

Available in 18-karat yellow gold as well as sterling silver in both the Bone and Split style, the new rings stay true to the original cuff design, featuring an open back that allows them to be worn on the finger or on the knuckle, faced toward the front or to the back of the finger — a customization that pays “homage to Elsa’s pioneering spirit.”

The price: By request.
