What it is: A collection of cream highlighters in an easy-to-apply stick format.

Boasting more than 1,000 swipes of “creamy, buildable colour” in each stick, these highlighters offer a “radiant, shimmery glow.” The vegan-friendly formula boasts the brand’s Milk Melt Technology to help the cream formula easily blend and absorb on skin with the help of body heat.

In addition to the selection of shimmering shades — the collection now includes three new hues (more on that later!) — the formulas feature skin-smoothing ingredients, such as avocado oil, peach nectar and mango butter.

What we say: These petite highlighting sticks are perfectly sized to fit in a purse or travel makeup bag.

Already a fan of the Milk sticks — including the brand’s other blush and bronzing lines — our tester was excited to try the three new shades: Spark, a golden copper; Flare, a rose gold; and Strobe, a straight-up gold.

The cream highlighters glide easily onto skin. Buffed in with a fingertip, sponge blender or the Milk Makeup Buff Brush, a petite angled brush with synthetic bristles, the products provide a nice, diffused highlighter effect. Buildable to create a desired level of shimmer, our tester reports these cream highlighter sticks provided a nice radiance.

The rose gold hue Flare was a fast favourite providing a soft pink tint in addition to the soft shimmer.
