IKEA+ the free event bringing together design, fashion, exhibitions, DJ sets and food, near Bastille

Event alert! IKEA+ is coming to Paris from February 29 to March 3, 2024, with a host offree events open to all! Right in the middle of Paris Fashion Week, the event will treat you to avant-garde design, hip music, alternative fashion and comfort food, all just a stone’s throw from the Bastille.

Join us to share this incredibly diverse cocktail of personalities, themes and experiences, celebrating the new, the never-seen, the unexpected.”

In a world preview, IKEA+ will unveil “Life at Home”, a series of 25 portraits by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz. These shots, taken as part of IKEA’s Artist in Residence project, highlight everyday life in homes around the world. Alongside them will be portraits captured by 6 apprentice photographers, found through the IKEA and Annie Leibovitz mentoring program.

In addition, young talents from Casa93, the free alternative fashion training program, will breathe their creative spirits into six unique spaces around IKEA objects and accessories, while Rinse web radio will electrify theexhibition with live performances and trendy DJ sets.

Of course, there’ll be food too! An ephemeral bistro, created for the occasion, will offer iconic IKEA recipes to eat in or take away. And let’s not forget TESAMMANS, the brand’s new collab with Dutch designers Raw Color, unveiled as a preview!

With four days brimming with creativity, IKEA+ promises to be your next must-see event of the year!
