Fashion and Beauty: Reebok announces new collaboration with Montreal-based design studio JJJJound
Reebok recently announced a new collaboration with Montreal-based design studio, JJJJound. The brands have come together to create an elevated twist to Reebok’s classic Club C 85 sneaker, which launches on May 15th on reebok.ca. There are three unique full suede colourways to pair perfectly with summer wardrobes ($250).
The collection draws inspiration from matte materials of the natural environment, pulling aesthetics from stonework, marble, sand, and other landscape pictures. Ranging from cool grey to pure white and cork, these suede sneakers are a perfect blend of the two brands.
“This time around, the team wanted to create a suede version of the Club C in a way that would feel timeless and applicable for the next decade and in your wardrobe,” explained JJJJound Founder Justin Saunders in a media release. “Club C, which has been an iconic court shoe for Reebok and JJJJound ever since our first partnership, works perfectly during the summer, especially in light colors. The blank tongue feature we have been featuring on all collaboration versions with REEBOK is the perfect thread that binds them all together.”
